MD Momentum Immerse

2019

 

As the media lead for MD Momentum Immerse, I orchestrated all media needs for a unique week-long immersive training session led by others. This distinctive program involved managing directors in gamification experiences for learning. I handled tasks ranging from establishing the brand to creating session materials, including signage, swag, and presentation templates. Notably, I independently crafted the program's 110-page participant journal, tailoring three unique variations for each geographic location (US, Portugal, India), showcasing a significant solo effort in delivering a personalized and impactful experience for all participants.

As the Creative Lead for the Leading Truly Human Teams (LTHT) initiative, I contributed to the program's five years of success. I crafted all session materials including templates, posters, and a reflection journal that served as integral tools during the live sessions held globally across Accenture.

LTHT's interactive one-day sessions, tailored for team leads, leveraged individual journaling, group conversations, and hands-on activities and tools to create environments that support growth and excellence.

Each design echoes the platform's impact on improving the experience for clients, distribution partners, and consumers alike.

2012 - 2013

 

As the architect of the 2012 and 2013 drafts of Unilever's global learning curriculum, I meticulously compiled a comprehensive document that provides a consolidated view of Professional Skills and Global Skills Curriculum. This extensive 312-page Course Catalog includes course details, hybrid courses, and cross-leveraged courses, and is strategically organized into Professional Skills Curriculum, Global Skills Curriculum, and Leadership Skills Curriculum, aligning with Unilever's brand identity. Notably, the Course Catalog features interactive navigation, enhancing user experience and accessibility across its diverse sections. This initiative aimed to streamline and elevate Unilever's learning initiatives on a global scale.
